Yoachim Russ served with the Israeli Defense Forces and has many years  experience with all the relevant Optics.  He came to the USA to study Physics and Marine Biology.  He was offered a job and became a US citizen.  

Yoachim has been inventing and "tinkering" his whole life and he's been working as an  independent inventor since 2009 at his company, TSOFEH®  Optics in Annapolis, MD. .

The RATA® intellectual property, represented by three patents, is currently available as a license or for purchase.  

The RATA® kits are also available for purchase at wholesale or retail levels.
